1. Overview
TK-FPDXX2 is the standard rack power distribution module for Honeywell C200 DCS control cabinets. It accepts universal AC mains input and outputs regulated 24VDC power to the rack backplane to power all C200 controllers, analog/digital I/O modules and I/O Link communication cards. Two modules can be installed in parallel for redundant power supply; seamless bumpless switching within 1ms when one unit fails, avoiding system shutdown. Integrated multi-stage EMI filter suppresses industrial surge and electromagnetic interference to eliminate controller reset and communication dropout. Equipped with input/output fault diagnosis LED indicators, conformal coating optional for corrosive environments, hot-swap supported without rack power off. Widely deployed in power, petrochemical, oil & gas and water treatment critical control systems.
